Great location and Good room but Bad breakfast

Breakfast was cheap quality. Not much options at all. I found a silverfish in the bowl when I went to get cereal and I just left the breakfast room this made me feel sick. I have not wrote a review yet.

It's a quiet location and the hotel was nice and clean.

The food was almost inedible but the hotel was lovely. So we would go just for the hotel just not to eat.

Parts of the hotel need some maintenance Our suite 417 - the shower cubicle was rusty - dirty - well past it’s service - all taps were full of limescale - mirror cracked - jacuzzi bath switch sticking out from vent looks unsafe - missing grout from tiles - needs full refurb without a doubt Towels not good quality Lamp on side table but not socket to plug it in Pool although not being used ( was open for use) was dirty - should be kept clean even in winter months - or seal it off Attention to detail required - we have stayed at this hotel three times as we have a holiday home on the coast and love to visit but the hotel is letting its self down in some areas - great shame for one off visitors who will be very critical of the Hotel - otherwise a wonderful Hotel we love it despite its faults.

This is my third stay. Still good value for money.
Breakfast was good. Excellent selection of teas available. Staff efficient - kept tables clear of used plates and utensils.
Fruit salad selection was poor. Hot food - occasional shortages. Would like to see the tea cups in the room replaced by tea mugs.
